Microsoft Outlook Plugin
The Meetings feature in Ada gives you the tools you need to monitor your fund managers, track interactions and provide a clear audit trail of your research.
Outlook is the hub of meeting creation and organisation. So we’ve created a handy plugin that automates the entire meeting creation process in Ada, directly from your Outlook calendar.
This release provides the following benefits:
- Automated meeting creation: meetings are automatically created and synched in Ada directly from your Outlook calendar, capturing all the key information such as date, time, location, attendees and agenda.
- Streamlined categorisation: tag meetings to the relevant fund or strategy within Outlook. Ada will take care of the rest, allowing you to connect the meeting with the relevant manager, asset class, portfolio, etc.
- Process efficiency: with meetings automatically created and tracked in Ada via Outlook, users can leverage other platform features to boost productivity, such as tracking actions and monitoring points arising from those meetings.
This plugin is now live, and it’s super easy to install. Simply go to the meetings tab, click ‘Get Outlook Plugin’ and follow the instructions –you’ll be up and running in no time!
